做一个好主管比做一个好老板更难，老板做的是战略层面的问题，人事上只需面对自己的直接下属；而主管则不同，不但要面对自己的上级，也就是老板，还要管理下属，发挥好老板与下属之间的桥梁作用。It's harder to be a good supervisor than a good boss. A boss only needs to take care of strategic –level problems and deals with its direct subordinates, while a supervisor has to report to his/her superior and manage his/her subordinates as well, bridging he boss and the subordinates.
