It is divided into three parts with themes of Hometown, Red Sorghum and Ancient Times and further develops with 50 paintings, such as Hometown Impression, New Year Celebrating, The Golden Populus Diversifolia, Keep Hope on the Homeland, Old Times, Anger, Pure and Noble, Flame, Ancient Call, etc. Each painting is presented with some simple prose.
