A man named Williams awakens to find himself on a strange planet where humans and the reptilian Zartoon live in a sensitive peace. He discovers that the humans are not like those on Earth...the are murders and brutal slave owners where the Zartoon only fight to defend their species. Williams' mission is to find the one way to stop the fighting and abuse and ultimately unite the planet. That leads him into a world he is not prepared for where he fights for his life and the love he finds within the ruins of a major Zartoon city.
