I'm not perfect or the guy who has all the answers. Everyone is sick of that guy, including myself. I'm the guy whose screwed up multiple times and survived it. Creating healthy environment that people can flourish in is the equivalent of having good soil in which a plant can flourish. It's your job as the head of the organization to add the high octane potting soil, water, and sunshine to allow the seed to emerge into a high producing and valuable plant.
