Successful team building will lead to a firm structure that is full of trust, maturity and respect between employees no matter the rank. Team building requires the basic family unit in which the father knows best. In this case, management of teams will greatly rely on the leadership and their skills in team coaching. As we all know, the family follows the leader and as such, the leader must show great leadership skills as well as mentor-ship in order to build a conducive team spirit.
