When Tara, a talented artist, impulsively takes on a bet to marry Julian, a stranger she meets in a pub, she believes the challenge may help her get over her broken relationship. To win the bet they must stay married for a year. Unexpectedly for herself, Tara falls in love with her new husband, and their life together seems so perfect, she hopes it will last forever. That is why Julian's request for a divorce in the end of the bet comes as a total shock and forces Tara to confront the issues which caused her to accept the bet in the first place.
