琴子にだけ｢医者になりたい｣と打ち明けた直樹。そんな中、再びバレンタインデーがやってきた。今年こそはと一念発起した琴子だったが、直樹に会うことができずに帰宅。するとそこには何と直樹がいて...。以前と変わらぬ同居生活が訪れると思われたが、松本裕子が大胆にも直樹に迫る! 心配した琴子がふたりの後をつけ、直樹が裕子に｢琴子とキスしたよ｣と言うのを聞いてしまったのだが......。 Naoki confessed that he "wants to become a doctor" only to Kotoko. Soon it becomes Valentines day again, and this year, Kotoko decides to put her all into it, only to end up not being able to meet Naoki and returning home. But there she sees that Naoki was there as well...It seemed like they could live together like they used to, but then Yuuko Matsumoto comes out boldly with her confessions of love!
