The dragon-wizard and owl-witch, aka Gazzy Windstorm and his sister Lori, gain notoriety as urban legends, but vampire slayers looking for a new challenge begin hunting them. The vampire slayers quickly make an alliance with an evil priest who plans to brainwash Lori and steal the source of the dragon-wizard's power, an ancient crystal skull. Gazzy calls upon a zombie knight, a garden-loving ghost, a static-superhuman and a dying witch to save his sister and stop the priest before he uses the skull to summon a demon-dragon that will give him power to attain religious domination over the entire world.
