Izzy had a dilemma. Zzyk's best technology guy offered to join the Wilizy. The Tech Guy (they nicknamed him TG) had skills that would give the Wilizy control over Zzyk's entire computer network. But Izzy had a nagging suspicion.

TG declared openly that he was offering to join the Wilizy as a ploy to gain their trust. He was there to assassinate Will and Izzy. He even informed them how he would do that. He even disclosed how he was communicating with Zzyk. Then, he told them a tear-jerking story about how Zzyk was using his infant daughter to compel him to kill them. He would work for the Wilizy if they rescued her.

Izzy didn't trust TG. Nothing that he said about himself, his daughter, or his reasons to switch sides could be verified. Was he telling them partial truths while he kept his true intentions hidden? As the day for their assassination approached, Izzy's uncertainty grew.

After the assassination, Zzyk had to make a decision. The video of Will and Izzy screaming in agony when their bodies burst into flames seemed real. The flames were lilac in color, as they should have been. His staff verified that the voices belonged to Will and Izzy. His allies confirmed that the copter TG used take his daughter to safety was destroyed by their missile. Zzyk decided to make a public announcement that Albertan citizens had nothing further to fear from Izzy, the wanton slut and Will, the deranged magician. He may have been wrong about that.
