本书曝光清宫秘藏清末至辛亥二十余年所藏的原版照片近四百幅，辅以对清末民初历史的生动讲述以及对清宫藏照的深度解读，向人们展现了清王朝，抑或可以说是整个封建社会在历史长河中没落的倒影。 This book exposed approximately 400 original photos taken during the 20-odd years from late Qing Dynasty to the Revolution of 1911 secretly collected by the Qing Court, and complemented with vivid description of this historical period and in-depth interpretation on these photos, presenting to readers the reflections of the fall of Qing Empire, or event the whole feudal society as a moment in history.
