I note the derivation of my idea in the preface. The first chapter suggests that we provide mosquitoes with blood or equivalents to breed with, dispensed from mosquito feeders. Their predators will keep the population down. Little predators will be eaten by bigger predators and all regulated by man. The second chapter suggests feeding elephants with excess silage to control that particular problem. I muse that chimpanzees might work as agricultural laborers to some extent so as to fit them into man's ecology. What the Jane Goodall's banana on the book cover is all about can be read in the book. My final chapter critiques the adulation of wilderness as a means of saving the world and improving life in general.
