Each book contains different types of Chocolate recipes. In this book I have included different recipes for super moist chocolate cakes.Note that these are not firm cakes..... don't use them if you want to decorate them intricately. I just pour Chocolate Ganache over the top of the cake or you can use any type of Chocolate pouring icing!
