Born out of an adulterous union, Livana is cursed by a vengeful aunt who raises her to a life of sorrow and pain. Hidden in a castle, she longs for freedom. The castle's unlikely setting in the American West draws gossip and whispers from the local school children. Three young boys are tempted to trespass onto the castle grounds, but what they find out places them in danger as they try to help Livana's father save her from the curse for which he is responsible.
