Continuing the example of healthcare, the body is designed for self-healing. Cuts, burns and broken bones heal. So will ulcers if we cooperate with the body's mechanisms. If we were normal at birth and 40 or 60 years later if we have a problem, we did it to ourselves by what we put in our mouths because the body is built from what we give it.
