Jacqueline Bouvier is under a lot of pressure. Her parents are anxious for her to marry a suitable bachelor, and her current beau, John Husted, has hinted at getting married. Although John is handsome and has a promising career, Jackie isn't quite ready to run down the aisle. To help get her mind off things for an evening, she accepts a dinner invitation from her dear friends, Charlie and Martha Bartlett. Jackie's evening at the Bartlett's changes the course of her life forever, as she is introduced to the intriguing, attractive Congressman Kennedy.
