Back after an involuntary leave of absence, LAPD homicide detective Harry Bosch lands himself his first case a Hollywood producer called Tony Aliso found in the boot of a Rolls Royce, bound and shot twice in the head At first it looks as though the Mafia put an end to Tony's tawdry career But the IRS were on to him, so maybe the mob were covering their tracks?
