The book takes the student through the process of improving ten sentences, in four different ways.Only after the student has written a sentence four different ways are they even asked to turn it into a paragraph. And only after they have done all ten sentences and paragraphs are they asked to go beyond those and try their hand at constructing a story. And at that point they are reminded to pay attention to proper spelling and grammar.
