When an emergency call brings EMT student "Troy" to a chaotic mansion on the edge of town, he expects another routine night of spring break stupidity. Instead, he finds Garret Lorcin—a young man with no pulse, surrounded by shattered display cases and terrified partygoers.

After CPR fails, Troy discovers a strange, blood-red stone necklace around Garret's neck. Slipped back onto his chest, the relic violently flares to life, dragging the dead boy back from the brink of oblivion.

En route to the hospital, Garret reveals the terrifying truth: a mysterious woman unleashed ancient, incorporeal evils from a hidden vault beneath the mansion. To save the city, Garret used the relic—a ancient Blood Stone designed to momentarily kill its bearer, allowing their spirit to cross over and drag the horrors back into the dark. But returning to the living world comes at a dangerous price, and shadowy figures are moving in to ensure the truth stays buried at all costs.
