Standing for God's Best is Dennis Wingfield's first book. For over ten years he has been providing an email devotional, Standing Firm, for Rejoice Marriage Ministries, Inc. His devotionals are directed at men praying for marriage restoration. Dennis relies solely on the Word of God as his source of guidance. What God revealed to Dennis during his own marriage struggles can't be taught in the classroom. It comes only from experiencing first hand the sorrows of divorce and the joys of reconciliation.Dennis begins by investigating the Biblical origin and definition of marriage, and discusses God's ideal relationship between husband and wife.
