LAPINDA - THE PROMISED LAND is the second instalment to THE SCARAB BRACELET trilogy. In this sequel, Ben-K and his friends Nicky, Virgil and Professor Hanson, were pulled into a wormhole that appeared in the Professor's living room. Transported away from earth, the friends found themselves in strange surroundings and were exposed to events that forever changed their lives, as they launched on a mercy and rescue mission. Along with their new robot friend, Tweepe, the mission was to deliver medicines to their alien friends, the Kapreians, who were evacuated to a remote planet called Lapinda. The mission of mercy soon turned into a quest to warn the Kapreians about a greater danger heading their way. However, finding and convincing the Kapreians of the danger were fraught with unexpected perils.
