'Brazen, the art of falling' speaks to the heart of an uncertain soul. This compilation of poems was written over a six year period, following the fall and rise, and fall again of a young woman who in her right mind felt estranged and on the cusp of insanity. The work shared is her minds journey, where ever it has led.The poems progress chronologically to move with experiences in her every changing world. Elbee has used many metaphors in her writing and personified hurt,trials and emotions in a very visual way allowing the reader to more fully immerse in the subject matter presented. This work represents across the board the challenging experiences of a young adult woman in today's world.
