Many know that the dispute between Thailand and Cambodia over the Preah Vihear temple site on the Thai-Cambodian border revolves around a finding by the International Court of Justice (ICJ) 1962 ruling that the temple is on the Cambodian side of the border.What many do not know is how the ICJ came to that judgement and that it was far from a unanimous decision.
