A mixture of European and Scandinavian influences make Heilavn a rich city, but like every city Heilavn too has its dark sides, such as the lawless Lower City and the perhaps even more lawless Upper City.Ramon Vendiaz is a ruthless opportunist who will stoop to anything to get ahead in life.
