Samuel Light is a spiritual detective. He uses his ability to talk with the dead, to see the future, to relive other people's lives as a tool to investigate into sudden
deaths and occult and supernatural events.

This time he and his best friend and partner, Jimbo, a Texan with a kick butt attitude, take on a case where Sam is delivered a bloody piece of paper. When Sam touches the paper he is projected back in time to when the man is close to death. He comes back from the reliving of the man's life to find Albert Einstein and Marilyn Monroe, his guardian angels, urgently after him to take on the case of the missing drug dealer.

Sam and his friend have to retrace the man's path to discover why his death is so important. And how it can lead to the death of millions of innocent souls if they don't
solve it.
