Stage II of the socialist revolution will fully resolve the Oedipal Complex. It will liberate individuals from the tyranny and the burdens of the nuclear family. Stage II, if inaugurated soon enough, will accelerate the resolution of the class struggle and deliver a communist world.

More specifically, a revolutionary, new system of marriage and child rearing will enable us to quickly resolve the class struggle and East-West differences; enable everyone to enjoy heterosexual love with the perfect partner; empower women within the family as never before; bring a virtual end to divorce, prostitution, promiscuity, sexual deviance, crime and all of our suicidal tendencies; stabilize the environment; peacefully reduce the human population; make geniuses of the children we do produce; and begin to mold humanity into the one, virtual and loving (communist) family that we ought to be.

We lack only three things for starting the program right now: 1) baby-face generating software (that can be developed as soon as an enlightened government organizes an appropriate team of geneticists and bioinformatics experts and throws a few million dollars at them) 2) public education and 3) the political will.
