The assassination attempts on his long time friend Leon Copeland, have forced Mike Black to return to the city. The day after he gets there an attempt is made on his life and you know Black does what he has to do. Just when Black thinks that things have quieted down, all hell breaks loose and once again, he finds himself in the middle of a war. And this time, it not Rain's fault.
