My Name is Art is a funny, illustrated children's book. It tells about a bully and why he bullies. Art is also struggling to understand his parents' divorce. Art behaves nicely when somebody is looking at him, and when he gets attention. However, Art is not an ordinary boy: when no one is looking, he changes to Bart! Bart is a bully: he takes away other kids candies and pies. He does not behave nicely. Why does he do that? This story will have young readers question why somebody is a bully and make them think about bullies and bullying.

While some children instinctively know how to regulate their emotions, some others lack the skills they need to express their anger in healthy and effective ways. This little book helps children ages 5-8 to understand their fears, frustrations, and why they behave the way they do, and helps them manage their anger.

From identifying their feelings and why bullying happens, and why divorce is not their fault, it will challenge the child's negative thinking patterns and enforce kids to feel calmer and more in control—and to form better relationships with family and friends and ease problems at school. .
