Laced with humor, and blood curdling action, Nickerson Courte, a struggling Phoenix apartment landlord, strives to rid an adjacent slumlord apartment complex of drugs and prostitution that endanger his beautiful Medlock Manor. In spite of death threats, Nick stumbles in where police dare not enter, unaware that his adversary takes shelter within the halls of the State Capitol, and would murder to protect his anonymity. With Delia, his feisty wife at his side, Nick struggles to survive each brutal assassination attempts. This could be a Steve Martin movie.
