A heartbroken Karan lands in Amravati, to handle Industrial Relations in the largest Automobile factory in Central India. The factory where a violent Trade Union lays the rules. As a guilt-ridden Karan adjusts to the situation, a violent showdown with the Union is inevitable.

In Amravati, Karan is forced to stay with his grandpa, Meghnad. A Gandhian for life, he was disowned by his close ones for a mistake committed ages ago- a mistake that he regrets to this day. For him, Karan is the only way he can reconcile with his estranged family. Meghnad runs Sevashram, a home for aged and orphans.

Karan, in his journey, befriends his neighbour, Sudhir Kulkarni. The teenager suffers from Muscular Dystrophy with only a year left to live. He has one dream- his Death Wish. For this he needs the support of someone who relate to his 'dream' and music... Enter the ex Lead Guitarist, Karan.

Karan, tormented by his past, searches desperately for ways to vent his anger and frustration. In his frenzy, he commits blunders upon blunders to a level that he loses his way completely. It's now unto the two Guardian angels - Meghnad and Sudhir- to make Karan redeem his life.
