Strader, now the head of the strike team, is at a crossroads in life. The Foundation Robotics Company has purchased the base lock, stock and barrel from the government, strike team and all.

Glen Strader is now working for a private company for the first time in his life. Teamed with Toshiko Shiniki and Anoki 9.0 they are the prime resource for any nasty job that comes down the line.

Things went smoothly until they ran into Mason Stone and his team of immortals. Bolantine is still on the loose and is back to his evil ways. Now the strike team is caught in between two sets of immortals, one set who wants the secret of immortality and one set who will do anything to stop them.
