With this ebook on "Envisioning Inclusive Organizations" we aim to contribute to further elaborating the notion of an "inclusive organization" as a means to understanding the conditions and goals of managing diversity and inclusion. The issue encompasses contributions from scholars in the field of work and organizations, informed by sociological, psychological and management perspectives. The papers show a considerable degree of diversity in terms of conceptual and empirical approaches. Diversity here also applies to the context of research, as well as to the cultural and institutional backgrounds of the authors.
