A dangerous psycho killer is on the loose in New York City, who is raping and killing beautiful women at his pleasure. Police has no clue of the killer's identity therefore apprehending him seems to be an impossible task.

The press has coined the term "African Violet Killer" for the psycho killer because the killer always leaves dried petals of African violet flowers on the body of his dead victims.
