One of the laboratory technicians twenty years prior had a brief affair as an intern to a certain congressman aid. She is now the wife of the chief chemist in the plot and even acts as an official adviser to the joint chiefs. So deep is they're cover that the Vice President has had an continued affair with the woman. They're real objective is to throw the authorities off their trail long enough that they might accomplish acts of terrorism that will gain them sainthood in their native country. Not until the slain field workers body is examined by the local authority does anyone suspect that there may be more going on her besides a simple killing. The FBI is notified by the local Sheriff and it becomes a federal investigation that reaches into even Interpol and undercover agents of British Secret Service.
