Brittany Hoffman is a young girl from a small Tennessee town. She's had the same best friends since she was born and nothing can tear them apart or alter their sense of reality. For Brittany, life is all about her group and only them, until one of Brittany's best friends admits to battling a life threatening disease for the last two years and proceeds to shatter their world by explaining that the prognosis was no longer good.
