Do not fear growing old. Your loving Father has given you specific instructions pertaining to the final years of your life. All that He asks is for you to study His Word, to learn His instructions and to faithfully obey these instructions. Your final years on earth are a unique period in your life. These years often are very different from the preceding years. You will make many decisions that will affect the length and quality of your life. If you will carefully examine and obey God's instructions and consider our suggestions and use whatever you can, we believe that you will be able to escape many of the problems that some people experience as they grow older. If you learn how to age successfully, the final years before you go to heaven can be the best years of your life.
