It's hard to save the day when everyone wants you dead.

Colby Blanchard is having a rough time.

It's hard enough being the half-blood vampire Protector. Add to it a sorority house full of Undead sisters that constantly need defending... and an onslaught of full-blood vampire attacks. Oh, and her Vampire Investigator boyfriend Thomas? May or may not be slowly getting possessed by a super Demon. So there's that.

It's not easy for your friends, either.

Piper Prescott, Colby's bestie, knows this well. At least she's just helping decipher some ancient texts and staying away from the rough stuff. That is, until a stranger named Hunter – with smoldering good looks and an impressive knowledge of ancient languages – offers his services to Piper. The problem is, Piper's not sure if he's into her, or if he just thinks she's the half-blood Protector... and maybe wants to, you know, destroy her.

A whole new meaning to the term "finals..."

With the clock ticking, Colby and Piper need to solve the mystery of the ancient texts, trap a demon before he destroys Thomas, and keep Hunter from killing anybody. While fending off Vampire Zombies.

For any other girls, this would be crazy hellish. For Colby and Piper? Just another day at Psi Phi House.
