Crepes are popular in many countries around the world. In Ukraine, crepes are called "nalisniki." It is one of the most favorite meals in Ukraine, as well as in other countries around the world. Preparation of this delicious food became so quick and easy with contemporary small kitchen appliances. At earlier times, before a blender was available in my kitchen, I used the old method of preparation of crepes. This took much more time to make this wonderful food, yet it was and still is one of my and my family's favorite dishes. As with many other popular recipes, this one is also made in different variations. In this book, I will share with you step-by-step instructions on how to prepare and make this wonderful meal in several different ways.
