The stroll from Aldeburgh and Thorpeness is the perfect route for a casual walker. Long enough to be worthwhile but flat and well-paved for much of the way so no great fitness is needed. Navigation and map-reading skills are unnecessary as from the very start the destination is visible straight ahead along the coast.
