Alex Grayson gave up being the super-powered Steel Avenger years ago, and he's got no interest in going back to his old life. But after an encounter with Scorpio he realizes that only a team of heroes will have a chance to stop him. He and Vanguard join to create a new super-team, something no one has done for decades.
