While Heath is enjoying a rare day at the beach with his sister, Heather, and her husband, Phil, he witnesses two thugs trying to kidnap a young lady. He's able to rescue Sara, but she's scared and clings to him. While trying to reassure her, he learns that she has many issues she's been struggling with. He helps her, the same way Phil deals with Heather's issues, through loving domestic discipline. It's not long before Sara and Heather become best friends and partners in crime, and the men are kept busy protecting the women they love.
