Carter Black is a former Black Ops. He has to retire do to an injury to his hip from a bomb explosion. He now owns Black Security Company. The beautiful Lillian Jamison comes walking into his life with whole a lot of problems. She hires Carter to put a security system in her house. Her ex-husband Ken Malone is in prison for embezzling millions from his clients. The FBI has recovered $400 million of the stolen money. There is still $100 million out there. Lillian's ex-husband contacts her from prison. He demands her to help his brother Bill retrieve $50 million of the stolen money. If she doesn't help Bill get the money there will be serious conquest. She is the key to the hidden money and she doesn't realize it. She hires Carter for protection. She tells him about Ken and Bill threatening her over the hidden money and they will stop at nothing to get the money back.
