"Follow Through" follows the lives of rock star, Adam Blackburn and a beautiful stranger, Emily Walker. Both Adam and Emily are looking for something more in their lives, but are struggling to find out what that something is. Unprecedented luck brings the two together not once, but twice which makes the pair reflect on whether or not what they think they have is real.

Through the ups and downs of a hectic lifestyle, Emily stands by Adam, even when Adam thinks she deserves better. When tragedy strikes, Emily steps up to the plate against Adam's wishes which forces him to confront feelings that he was not ready to have.
