Chris has resigned herself to the fact that she and Belle will be sitting out this year's barrel-racing event at the annual rodeo. It's too bad, too, because she and Belle would be a good bet to win. After all, Chris is a seasoned rider and Belle is the best horse ever. But since Belle is close to foaling, Chris will just have to wait till next year.
