The papers in this e-book were selected from those presented at the Fifth International Conference on Information Communication Technologies in Education (ICICTE), held on Samos island, Greece from July 1–3, 2004. ICICTE 2004 considered how the development of technology is reshaping notions of the classroom, of learning and of teaching.
