This e-book is the result of a 4-year project to investigate school leadership in different countries. This e-book publishes the findings from each country. The stated purpose of the Organizational Theory SIG is to encourage scholarly inquiry relating to traditional and alternative views of educational organizations. The cumulative effect of these debates has been to encourage the development of a systematic and grounded study of educational organizations that draws from and contributes to the larger organization theory field.
