"Hana" is a short novel written by Ryunosuke Akutagawa. A priest, a protagonist, has a nose that stretches to a chin. He finally succeeds in making the nose that people mock at short. After that, he gets self-esteem. But, he comes to hate his short nose because he thinks he is ridiculed more and more. This novel describes an phenomenon of human life sarcastically.
