"Aki" is a short novel written by Ryunosuke Akutagawa that was published in 1920. The protagonist, Nobuko, gets married with a man although she has a good relationship with Shunkichi. After her marriage, Shunkichi gets married with her sister, Teruko. This short novel describes that they live with complicated feelings and have inner conflict over their relationships.
