In a dystopian future, Misherer, a man classed as a dangerous race of human, Psychothrope Psychalis, escapes from a prison ship enroute to Spaceprison Aislansis after it crashes. The authorities of Thulussa Down, an evil bunch of beurocrats in a cryogenic immortal state of rule, send the GECAAP agents after him lead by Commander Darwin, before this ruthless killer can do any damage. But everything is not quite as it seems.
