This ebook celebrates 25 years of The TQM Journal. Six expert authors contribute papers looking both retrospectively and in to the future with regards to various aspects of quality management. The authors have had a long association with the TQM journal as either editors, members of the editorial advisory board, authors or all three and are themselves renowned in their various fields of quality. There are three contributions from the UK, two from Italy, one each from Australia and the USA, reflecting the international scope of the TQM journal.
