Eleven-year-old Winnie Frazier feels very grown-up and mature. When she con-vinces her mother she is old enough to babysit her younger brother, she thinks life can get no better. However, when a hurricane-force storm moves in, Winnie is left in charge. She faces dangerous winds, a power outage, and no phone service. What is that noise in the basement?
